The counselor or psychologist does not give advice; instead, they focus on understanding the individual and enhancing self-awareness.
4. How do I know if I need psychological counseling?
You can seek counseling for any issues that interfere with your daily life or academic progress. For example, if you:

The number of sessions depends on individual needs. Generally, a short-term counseling model is applied, and the frequency of sessions is planned together with the student.
